This paper quilt pattern for SHOWERING STARS includes a printed pattern booklet by Robin Pickens, shown using her Sweet Pea & Lily collection for Moda Fabrics, but can be made with your choice of fabrics.
This colorful and striking 75" x 92" quilt uses quick piecing and cutting and patchwork to made a quilt with strong vertical movement. Celebrate the showering stars in the sky and their sparkling star trails!
The composition is created with 4 color families that make up each star or can be done in one color scheme or completely scrappy. Yardage needed is indicated on the back of pattern.
Pattern is written for use with one Jelly Roll (with pieces left over for other projects) but can be made with any 2 1/2" strips of fabric.
Patterns are for use with your own cotton fabrics. The actual item being sold and downloaded is the printed pattern for making the quilt, not the actual quilt or fabrics.
This pattern is a printed 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" booklet of 12 pages (10 pages plus front and back cover). Instructions include indications of yardage needed and steps to make a twin quilt (finished size 75 x 92"). This design is suitable for more beginning or basic quilters.
Please note the photos of the quilts are to show what the quilts can look like when made up. The item for sale is the pattern of written instructions (with diagrams), not the quilts.
The pattern is for your own personal use for directions to make the quilts and not for mass printing for resale or for group distribution for classes.
You may sell the quilts made with this pattern but please credit Robin Pickens as the designer of the quilt pattern.
